On November 19, Jackie Mitchell, Katy Carroll, Ericka Jones, Jordan Sibayan, Dawn Russell, Colleen Flanagan, Sophie Poost, Bruce Darling, and Anita Cameron stopped by the office. They were given the contact information for Garrett Boyle and Ericka sent an email requesting a meeting. We were also given the information for the HELP staffer??? Karen McCarthy??? Ericka forwarded email meeting request.

Note from Sheryl Grossman- 1/16/19, Ben Gilman Leg Asst Ben_Gilman@murkowski.senate.gov Stephanie and I met with him regarding DIA, MFP, and READI. He asked about Alaskans affected, very interested in READI, can???t tell re DIA or MFP. Will follow up.

On 10/16 Cal Montgomery spoke to Ben Gilman. He has not yet had time to follow up. We discussed the value of bipartisanship. Again asked for Alaska-specific information.

On September 20, ADAPT members met with Ben Gilman, Legislative Assistant. Ben's new to the office and had limited knowledge about the DIA. ADAPT members gave him information, discussed the importance of the bill, and reviewed some statistics with him. He seemed receptive and agreed to a follow up. He was interested to hear about Alaska specific numbers.
