Justin Young sent an email to Ella Mathews on 5/16/19 that said:

Hello Ms. Mathews:

My name is Justin Young and I am associated with a National Disability Rights group called ADAPT. ADAPT advocates at the National, State, and Local levels for systematic change ensuring the rights of all Disabled Americans are being fulfilled. I left you a voicemail this afternoon, but I wanted to also follow up via email. I???m sending this message to request that Representative Cooper cosponsor HR555 the Disability Integration Act introduced by Representative Sensenbrenner.

I have attached a copy of a handout on the legislation to this message. This bill would ensure the Disability community has the right to live in an integrated community setting instead of an isolating costly nursing facility. We would greatly appreciate the Representative???s support by cosponsoring. Also, ADAPT will be in Washington D.C. next week to thank all cosponsors of this key bill.

Cosponsorship requests may be sent to Amy Bos, Legislative Director in Representative Sensenbrenner???s office and they may be reached at amy.bos@mail.house.gov.

Thank you in advance for consideration of this request and I look forward to hearing from you!

Sincerely,

Justin T. Young
Member, ADAPT
