On 5/15/19, Sophie Poost called the office and spoke with Taylor. Taylor said Rhonda was not available but she would take a message and would flag the emails for Rhonda once more. Sophie told Taylor the message and sent the following email along with the previous emails:

Good Afternoon Rhonda,
I just got off the phone with Taylor in your office in regards to the below emails from ADAPT about the Disability Integration Act (HR.555). While we have sent multiple emails in the last few weeks, we have not heard back from your office and Representative Adams has not signed onto the Disability Integration Act yet. It is essential that you review the emails (shown below) from ADAPT, and respond to my email to confirm that you have received this message and our emails requesting Congresswoman Adams cosponsor the Disability Integration Act. ADAPT will be in town next week and we would prefer to stop by your office to thank Congresswoman Adams for her support.
Thank you for your time,
Sophie Poost
